These terms explain how digital marketplace orders, manual payment review, fulfillment, support, and stated product warranties work on Arc Plug.

Digital orders & fulfillment

Products sold through Arc Plug are digital. Availability and totals are rechecked during checkout. Fulfillment timing can vary by product and may require staff review through a private Discord order ticket.

Payment

Only use the payment account and exact total shown inside the Arc Plug checkout flow. Keep your order ID and payment confirmation until fulfillment is complete.

Refunds & warranties

Digital purchases are generally final once delivered or activated unless the product page states a specific replacement or warranty window. NFA products may include a limited warranty for the specific issue and period shown on the product page.

Customer responsibility

  • Use accurate Discord and contact information.
  • Review compatibility, duration, region, and product notes before purchase.
  • Do not share delivered keys, credentials, or private order information unless the product specifically permits it.

Third-party services

Game publishers, payment applications, Discord, and other third-party platforms have their own terms and availability. Arc Plug is not affiliated with the publishers of the games shown unless explicitly stated.
