Information used for orders

When you sign in or order, Arc Plug may process your Discord account identity, order selections, contact information you provide, order IDs, fulfillment records, and support-ticket status.

Payment review information

For manually reviewed payments, the site may store the sender name or username you submit, optional proof files, the payment method selected, and the related order ID. Do not upload unrelated sensitive information.

How information is used

• Authenticate your customer account.
• Create, verify, fulfill, and display orders.
• Prevent duplicate or fraudulent order submissions.
• Provide customer support and warranty handling.

Third-party services

Discord authentication and external payment applications operate under their own privacy policies. Payment credentials should be entered only in the relevant payment provider, not into Arc Plug website fields unless specifically requested for order verification.
