03STEP BY STEP
How to spoof.
Follow these eight steps in order.
Keep ARCPLUG in its own folder
Keep
ARCPLUG.exein a dedicated folder. Do not deleteEmbark_Original_Hardware.bakonce it is created; keep it in the same folder.Close games and launchers
Close ARC Raiders, THE FINALS, Steam, and the Xbox App. If switching Xbox accounts, run
Switch_Account_Global.exefirst and wait for it to finish.Run as administrator
Right-click the spoofer executable, choose Run as administrator, then click Yes.
Enter your license key
Enter your ARCPLUG license key in the launcher.
Click the orange launch button
Select the orange launch button to open the tool.
Apply the hardware spoof
Type 1 — Apply New Boot-Persist Hardware Spoof — and press Enter.
Reboot your PC
Wait for the operation to finish. Then type R and press Enter to reboot your PC.
After rebooting, launch your game
Do not open ARCPLUG.exe again. The spoofed hardware is already active from boot. Sign into your new Xbox / Steam account and launch the game.
04WHEN YOU NEED A CHANGE
Spoof again or restore.
Open ARCPLUG again only when you want a new identity or want to restore your original hardware identity.
NEW IDENTITY
Spoof again
Open ARCPLUG as administrator, enter your license key and use the orange launch button. Type 1 and press Enter. When it finishes, type R, press Enter, and reboot.
RESTORE ORIGINAL
Restore original hardware
Keep Embark_Original_Hardware.bak in the same folder. Open ARCPLUG as administrator, enter your license key and use the orange launch button. Type 2 and press Enter, then reboot when the operation finishes.
05REMEMBER
Keep these in mind.
- Always run ARCPLUG as Administrator.
- Keep
Embark_Original_Hardware.bakin the same folder. Do not delete it. - After a successful reboot, you do not need to launch the tool again.
- If switching Xbox accounts, finish
Switch_Account_Global.exebefore starting the spoof process.

Need a quick answer?
Should I reopen ARCPLUG after rebooting?
No. After a successful reboot, the spoof is already active. Sign into your new Xbox / Steam account and launch the game.
Can I delete the backup file?
No. Keep Embark_Original_Hardware.bak in the same folder as ARCPLUG. You need to retain your original backup.
Which menu option do I use?
Use 1 for a new hardware identity or 2 to restore the original hardware identity. Reboot after the operation finishes.
The launcher shows an error. What should I send support?
