Review the information below before purchasing or activating a Wardogs NFA account. Wardogs accounts are $5 each and include 3-hour replacement coverage for eligible account issues.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

Everything needed to access the account.

Every purchase includes a pre-loaded Steam account for Wardogs.
Access is provided through the official Arc Plug NFA Loader. Wardogs includes 3-hour replacement coverage for eligible account issues.
The loader is used only to sign you into the provided Steam account.
The NFA Loader is not connected to Wardogs game bans or ban decisions.
Accounts contain real playtime and do not use artificially boosted hours.

ACCOUNT EXPECTATIONS

Account lifetime can vary.

Some accounts may remain active for only a few minutes, while others can remain available for several weeks.
Account expiration and continued availability are outside of Arc Plug's control.
Once you are in-game, set your Steam status to Invisible to reduce unnecessary attention to the account.
On rare occasions, an account may receive a delayed game ban related to activity from a previous user.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Important usage rules

Following these instructions helps prevent the account from becoming invalid sooner than expected.

Only log in when you are ready to use the account. Logging in and leaving it unused may cause the account to become invalid sooner.

Do not log out of the Steam account. Logging out will permanently invalidate the account.

Expired or invalid accounts are non-refundable. Account lifetime is not guaranteed and expiration is outside of our control.

Follow all delivery instructions. Use the account and loader exactly as provided with your order.

ACCOUNT ALREADY IN USE WARRANTY

Most accounts include a three-hour replacement window.

If you receive an “Account Already in Use” message, open a support ticket within three hours of purchase and include a clear screenshot of the message. Qualifying purchases will be reviewed for a replacement.

AFTER THE WARRANTY WINDOW

After three hours, the account is considered delivered and replacements are not provided for an “Account Already in Use” message.

OPTIONAL ALTERNATIVE

You may purchase another account and return to the original later. If it becomes available and remains valid, you can continue using it.
